Refund policy

We do not offer exchange for our products at the moment. However, we do have a Return policy which you may refer to for more information.
1. Item purchased at our online store may be requested to return within 7 days from the date of delivered and a refund of the Price (the “Request”) provided:
1.1 the Product/s is in re-saleable condition (e.g. the Product/s is in its original packaging and has not been used); and we are at liberty to refuse a return in the event that the product is unpacked, damaged and / or used.
1.2 the costs of the return delivery fee charged by Capital Marketing (S) Pte Ltd, where the Product/s to be returned are already delivered to the Customer at the time of the Customer Request;
2. An additional transportation fee of $10 for collecting the return product/s; unless the customer makes their own trip to Capital Marketing (S) Pte Ltd to do the return.
3. An administrative charge of $25 of the returned and/or replaced Product/s per order.
4. The Customer acknowledges that the above administrative charge represents the costs incurred by Capital Marketing (S) Pte Ltd in accepting the returned Product/s. For the avoidance of doubt, the costs of the initial delivery of the returned Product/s are not refundable.

When a Return Request has been accepted, we will make a refund of your payment (less the administrative and transportation fee if applicable) within 5 - 7 working days.
